Hannibal - Shinjukuku

I was recommended to try the course menu instead of a la carte, as it was a better deal. I decided to order the 4500 yen course, which included two appetizers, soup, couscous, cake, and tea. I don't consider myself a big eater, but I left feeling unsatisfied and incomplete. Even though I ordered the more expensive 4500 yen option, the fact that the main dish was not included in the course menu was a problem, regardless of the taste.

Tunisian cuisine is delicious, with lots of soup stock, and some of it is spicy, so it was very delicious! The owner runs the shop by himself, but he is a cheerful, cheerful and cheerful person. It was a wonderful dinner that matched the Mediterranean atmosphere of the restaurant.

I occasionally visit this restaurant that serves Tunisian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Brick dish every time I visit. This time, I enjoyed the sheep course, with dishes like meatball couscous that tasted like lamb. However, the standout dish for me was the mouthwatering bone marrow soup. I always appreciate the generous portion of couscous, but I wouldn't mind a little extra to satisfy my appetite.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal with friends over a couple of hours in this quiet backstreet restaurant. Cozy, casual and comfortable would best describe the decor and seating. Amazing is the best way to describe the food. We shared some appetizers hummus; the delightfully spicy salad meshoui; brik tuna, potato, egg “spring roll” and swava careshe lamb, haloumi cheese samosa. All were fabulous, and had us feeling full before we got to the main course! For mains, our group tried the jaret d’ajneau lamb shanks and the tajin aruche sheep meatballs, dried plums. All of the food was aromatic, perfectly spiced and well presented. The owner served us personally and was very helpful and charming. Overall a fantastic evening highly recommended

Great flavors!! Total one man show: host, waiter, cook, and busboy. Don’t see how one person could do all that! He also speaks English. Tangine chicken was excellent. Also the Carmel tart was outstanding!
