Fox's Pizza Den - Shinnston

Called maybe 6 or 7 times in the past month during “open” hours not once has anyone answered the phone.

Took a friend to return her food that I would not have fed to my dog and they told her on the phone bring it back and they would refund her money when she got there she was treated very rudely and they would not refund her money.another customer left without their food and came over to my car and gave her 20 dollars and told her he just wanted to be a good person and told us that was very wrong the way they treated her ..thank you so much to the gentleman that did that..I will not be ordering from there anymore..I only gave one star because there's not a zero.

I have called to order on several occasions during business hours, they are yet to answer the phone...

Ordered big daddy and cheese bread at 4pm was told 45 min. Had to call and check on at 5.15 was told delivery guy out on run in direction I live in. Is now 6.30 taking it they are not coming.

I don't understand why no one answers the phone whenever I call Fox's to place an order, even though it's during their business hours. It would be a great place if they could improve their communication. They often pick up the phone and then hang up. The manager really needs to train their staff better!
