Dunkin' - Shorewood

This Dunkin' Donuts is so terrible that I would rather drive to another location even though it's just one block away from my house. The staff is completely incompetent and can never get an order right, and the owner is clueless as well. There have been at least seven instances where they couldn't get my order correct. If I were you, I would avoid this Dunkin' Donuts and go to the next one instead.

My hathbrowns were a hot chaos, but the coffee was okay.

This place at best is a 50/50 shot at getting your order right. I can't tell you how many times I've visited and gotten black coffee. I can't stand coffee. Buy when I get home home and open the lip. Black Coffee

Good service great coffee, and people actually wear masks in the store...

Terrible quality food. Didn't even properly lid my hot coffee or put one of those stick things in it so the coffee doesn't fall out. Probably the worst Dunkin. Management is obviously careless about their quality of work.
