Burger King - Shreveport

We had a bit of a wait, but the food was fresh when we got it. They tried to keep the line moving as much as possible to get to people in a timely manner.

The food was great as always, but the customer service is horrible... Would have had great experience at the one on greenwood rd... but this one on Line Ave... they are RUDE rude... I almost told that woman to stick that whopper meal all the way up her , but I paid for it thru the app... they need some training on how to talk to customers. Especially the ones who don't have an attitude with them...

Fish sandwiches and onion rings were not fresh at all. It was a bit ghetto because leader was screaming stuff. Good location.

So I just visited this BK about 5 minutes ago. Let me tell you how some of my black folk be acting. She was rude on the intercom like she couldn?t understand what I said. So when I get to the window she sticks her head before I get there, I guess I was moving too slow. So when I get to the window she didn?t even speak. She gave me my drink and told me to pull up to the yellow line the fries were dropped fresh, or whatever the Burger King line is for fresh fries?my food came out in 2 minutes. Wow, those are magical fresh fries cause that was quick. Fries WERE NOT FRESH and neither was the bacon nor the bread or the meat. I hope I don?t get sick ???? I tried calling but no answer. It was going to be told either way.

They close in really strange times, and I refuse to honestly believe that they follow their own opening times. the lobby was closed around 17 o'clock, a separate time to 20 o'clock from the door was ordered and was told that they were closed when it says they were closed at 11 o'clock.
