Írjon visszajelzéstRecently I had to change my review of this place. Overall, food is still amazing, but customer service is missing seriously. I understand that sometimes restaurants can have a day off, but it was so in the past I visited several times. During several visits I had problems and never has anyone sincere apologies offered just excuses. At the last visit we ordered two dishes and a Tiramisu. My husband got his food and finished it twenty minutes before my plate arrived and then they completely forgot our Tiramisu. We have waited so long that we had to cancel a part of our order (this is just one of the many examples I have of the terrible customer service I have experienced in several visits). I tried to understand. I loved this place and it was an admission for us, but after getting awful customer service I can no longer recommend it.
This is not some fake Italian eatery. This is the real deal. The food is fresh, pasta made from scratch, sauces that stretch the palette. Tradition and love is what makes this place and their food something my family and I will always come back for.
I don?t give out 1 star reviews, but now I have to. This wasn?t what I was expecting from a good reviewed place. I seen that the lasagna was a popular menu item. I asked my boyfriend to order me this for my lunch (takeout). I was highly disappointed when I opened it. The portion is small. The lasagna was tough to eat and was BURNT. Here?s some pictures if you guys want to see proof. Not sure who the cook was that day, but they did a terrible job. My boyfriend ordered the chicken Alfredo and didn?t even get chicken in his meal. Would we come back? No. Sorry, I just don?t want to waste my money here for poor quality food.
We stopped in here for dinner tonight. I looked them up online, win!!! Nice, dainty little spot. You order/pay at the counter, and they bring your food out to your table. I had spaghetti and meatballs and Hunni had the tortellini. All good, along with bread, a glass of wine, and a beer for $43.00, NOT BAD AT ALL.?????? 9.10.21
I tried this place for the first time and was left with mixed feelings. The pasta itself is phenomenal. They make it themselves and you can tell the texture is far superior to most restaurants. We tried the lasagna and fettuccine alfredo. The lasagna itself has a very unique flavor. My wife loved it, best I 've ever had . I tried it and I wasn 't a fan of that particular ingredient. I can 't put my finger on what it is. It had a very cheesey taste texture to their credit. Alfredo was really solid. The sauce is legitimately authentic. Real parmesan that you can see in it. It was heavily peppered and tasted a little of olive oil. Their pasta is top notch and sauce is really good. The bad, I paid 4 bucks extra for chicken. My God do not do that. The chicken was dried out and flavorless. Absolutely not worth it. Really disappointed with it. Just get the pasta. Finally we tried the garlic bread. So it 's a nice wheat bread with chunks of a clove hidden occasionally inside. It was okay for us but I won 't order again. Finally the sweet tea was really weak. So meh. Overall their food was pretty good but there were a few negatives. This was nice to put into the mix of choices in Shreveport.
