We had to place our takeout order twice. On the first try, we called and were told to expect a 35-minute wait and that they would call us when it was ready. However, when we called back to check on our order, we were informed that it had never been placed, so we had to reorder. Again, we were told it would be a 35-minute wait. When I arrived to pick up the order, one of the employees was loudly complaining about management the entire time I was there. Additionally, the order wasn't ready when I arrived, and I had to wait another 15 minutes. The employee's behavior was very unprofessional and immature. My experience was on 11/05/2022 at around 5:45 PM.

This restaurant really came through for us on Labor Day. I wasn't in the mood to prepare all the side dishes for our dinner, and they had exactly what we needed. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

The Six in a Sack was flavorful, but we opted for the chopped beef, which turned out to be more fat and gristle than actual meat. Additionally, they didn’t provide any barbecue sauce, and we were too far away to return.

My family has been going here for years and I've grown fond of them also great BBQ!

Just want to give a big shout out to the ladies and gentleman at the Mansfield Road location. They ALL were so friendly and helpful. Even the one who was not involved in my service asked me to have a great day. Theses things mean a lot in our world today and I really appreciated it. THANK YOU!! Your service experience was exceptional! Keep up the good work.
