Posados Cafe Shreveport On East Bert Kouns

I really enjoyed the hot food, and the waitress was spot on with her service. My son also loved his meal. I highly recommend giving this place a try—I'm very pleased with my experience. Additionally, I asked a kind lady to turn off the ceiling fan above our table, and I appreciated her accommodating my request. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. My son and I will definitely be back!

The beef fajitas were quite tasty, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much meat and they were loaded with onions. The flour tortillas were a bit undercooked, but the salsa was enjoyable. The chips were hard, though. The beans and rice were good. The staff seemed short-handed, but they were friendly and did their best.

The food was excellent, but the service from our waitress left much to be desired. She pressured us to place our orders even before the entire party had arrived, and when they did, she continued to push for our orders before they were even seated. Throughout the meal, she didn’t smile or check in to see if we needed anything, including dessert. Her demeanor was quite sour. To make matters worse, when we left a tip she wasn't happy with, she followed us to the car and questioned us about it, asking if we were ashamed for not leaving a larger amount. Honestly, she should be grateful we left anything at all. We won't be returning to this restaurant; we’ve never encountered such issues at other places.

Excellent chicken fajitas. Juicy and not over cooked. Best Posados location.

After paying for a dinner for three, the restaurant incorrectly labeled me as a no-show. It's quite disrespectful and unprofessional not to even recognize that I was there.
