Wendy's - Shreveport

The Dr. Pepper I ordered turned out to be Coke, but thr honey butter chicken biscuit was hot and delicious so it made up for it.

Over all not bad. Speedy drive through as well.....but had one issue when I was ordering multiple items and I was a cheese burger short and had to sit in my vehicle for about 30 mins waiting on the burger I was short. Ended up having to drive through the line again to remind them and then I got it. Other than that....not bad.

Since I moved to the area about a year ago, my husband and I have visited this restaurant quite often. Unfortunately, we've had a frustrating experience with our orders—after receiving incorrect orders the first three times, I started keeping track and realized they've messed up our orders over 15 times. I can only assume others are facing similar issues. Even when ordering through DoorDash, we sometimes receive incorrect items. Since this Wendy's is the closest to our home, it's the one DoorDash partners with, leaving us with limited options. If it were possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would.

Inconsistent... there are times when it deserves 5 stars, but other times it barely qualifies for 1 star.

I visited this location on Sunday, November 29, 2020. The food was excellent, although the fries were a bit on the salty side. The manager was very pleasant and had no issues with me selecting my preferred burger for the $4.99 Big Deal Meal. I hope that all Wendy's locations can provide a consistent experience.
