I asked for a medium cup that he rang and continued to focus on the phone that he had on me was as fine, but whatever. Then there was a problem with the pose. I paid a reception and then became of the gm my payment did not go through. That was the beginning of the whole meeting. My friend paid mine and her, and then he said the remaining balance was my sum after she had already paid for it. He could not communicate what is on and on this extremely rude. In my conversations about the subject, talk to his hands and roll his eyes. The behaviour was very immature to say the least. And then I asked for a refund at this point there was a payment problem and my bag was leak bean juice. The gm said I had to e-mail Chipotle for a refund and continued the next customer without hesitation. Very short and I have never heard that a CASH register cannot process a refund. Not sure what he was annoyed, but being the head of the store he could? ve kept his hesitation and treated the situation differently. From his behavior alone, I would rather take the longer ride to another place. Customer service 0 stars.
This is hands down the worst Chipotle in south Jersey. I have placed an online order 3 times here and EVERY time the order has been incorrect in some way. It must be they fail to update their system and can't supply the order. Or possibly the lovely kids working there cannot read or simply put together orders as they feel. DONT ORDER ONLINE HERE
Every time I come here the portions are terrible the staff is slow and the orders are wrong or poorly made. It seems like any to go order gets thrown in a bag. It?s pathetic
One of the best burritos I've had at Chipotle. Had a great experience with my dad while sharing a veggie burrito. It was the first time I tried their sofritas/fritas?? (sp? . I forgot the burrito makers name but he was very professional and and on point with his recommendations on how much rice, extras to add etc. Great service. No complaints whatsoever. Update visit during the pandemic 2021: Great visit. Ordering was super easy. Respectful employees. Only bummer is they don't have the plethora of tobacco sauces to try out but during the pandemic it's totally understandable.
Everytime I go to this chipotle location, they are either out of food, understaffed, or mess up your order. Today I stood in line for 20 minutes before anyone could help me. I was one of the first people in line but there was no one to take orders. There was 1 cook, 2 people working online orders, and 1 person on dishes.
