Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House Sushi

As someone who enjoys hibachi with my family, I have high expectations. Unfortunately, it felt like the chefs were more focused on getting us out of the way rather than entertaining us with their skills. While the drinks were on point, the food lacked seasoning and flavor. Overall, everything felt rushed.

When the cook came out, he served my partner and me very small portions compared to everyone else at the table. When we mentioned this, he became extremely rude. I asked him, "Isn't that serious?" to which he responded with sarcasm towards my partner, even questioning her English skills in a demeaning way. I couldn't help but wonder if his comments were racially motivated, which was utterly unacceptable. Feeling frustrated, I decided to speak to the manager about the situation, but unfortunately, he took no action. Overall, we had a very disappointing experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.

This place used to be amazing, but our recent experience was disappointing. We ordered hibachi takeout for dinner, and it turned out to be the worst meal we've had. The portions were incredibly small, two of the chicken pieces were tough, and another order that was supposed to have shrimp ended up with chicken instead. The salad was missing ginger dressing, and when I arrived to pick up the food, it was already cold despite being told it would be ready in 30 minutes—I think I arrived in just 25. The salad had no dressing at all, and the food lacked any flavor; the only thing we could taste was a bit of the yum-yum sauce. We won't be returning, as it’s clear the quality has completely declined. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I'm allergic to avocado. I placed my order and informed them specifically about my food allergy. The entrance did not give an avocado. To my surprise when I came home, Avocado was in my role. It wasn't the first time I experienced it. I need a new sushi spot or I need to learn to make sushi. Beyond disappointed.

This used to be our favorite place, now since Covid the prices have gone up and the portions are smaller. Our chef at the grill just came out cooked the food and was done, didn?t even talk. I ordered filet and they brought out New York strip I did correct it but had to wait. For $280 I wasn?t pleased!! 2 stars because the food still tasted great but everything else has gone down hill
