Charmers Cafe - side

The chimichurri sandwich was decent! I was surprised there wasn 't any chimichurri flavor though. 6/10The lavender Italian soda was delicious! 8/10I got an iced peeps latte and it tasted like straight milk. It was disappointing : 1/10The cubanish sandwich was just.. bad. There was SO MUCH mustard and horseradish for some reason?? I get it 's cuban-ish but every bite had horseradish on it. Like they spread it on with the mustard. 0/10

Service was lacking today. Waited at the window, but the lady who was working there today was busy talking to a customer inside, ignoring me.I went inside to order (she was slow as molasses). I had my dog with me and mentioned there is a service window for pple with dogs. I mentioned that I was at the window, but she was busy talking to a customer (after he had his alreafy picked up his order). It seems since I told her this, it may have irked her because 4 customers after me received their orders before my order of cafe au late and scone.I've been here many times (at the window) and never had an issue, and the usual staff is quick. This mornings staff seemed like they did not want to be there today. I'm very disappointed.

Mediocre food. Good coffee. Really cute place. But the music is WAY too loud, everyone has to shout over it which makes a cacophony.

We have been wanting to try this place for a while and honestly it was a bit disappointing. We ordered the cheese and egg sandwich and the classic bowl. The bowl was a decent size serving, but the sandwich was pretty plain. I only have two stars for the atmosphere as their bathroom was really dirty.

I love this place so far. It's within walking distance from my apartment, and the coffee and food is great. My husband and I can see ourselves becoming regulars here.
