Subway - side

The Subway is great! I visit here very frequently. Jessica is amazing and very friendly. She also makes the best sandwiches.

Quick and easy meal for lunch but I won't be back. They have flies. I watched 2 flies land on various lunch meats. In addition, the guy did not understand that I wanted a salad instead of a sandwich.

Someone hacked my account and made purchases in Chicago Illinois-500 miles away! I live in Buffalo NY! Subway won’t refund my digital gift card that use emptied from the app! Subway doesn’t have customer service representatives to call! Basically tough luck! I’ll never make another purchase at subway unless they credit the fraudulent purchase back!

Order ahead via mobile order. Got here at designated time that pickup would be ready. When I asked for pickup, they didn't make it all. Had printed order, but didn't make it.

Staggering level of incompetence. Don't bother ordering in advance because they don't start preparing until you get there. Badly prepared sandwiches. The one on 57th is much better.
