Service is very very slow, food is poor!We eat as a family, took ages for the food to come and when it did it was poor quality and cold.Come on owner, people deserve better than this you should be ashamed.Even the staff agreed with me that the time taken to get the food was unacceptable and they are all aware of the terrible reviews this place gets!

The worst place ever! Service was slow, starter came out! it was cold and disgusting! Drinks were terrible and watered down! We waited an eternity for our main meal, took my son to the washroom, came back and they had finally brought it out and they had dumped my husbands entire meal in his lap. It stunk like old fish! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!We left without paying as it was the worst ever service and as of for the food, well we left it ! DONT GO THERE!

Time to give it up, Bill! Maybe spend more time providing a service than patrolling the parking lot. Or I've been frequenting your establishment for fifteen-some years now, left thousands of dollars there, if not more, in ever-decreasing frequency. Last year I visited four times, down from almost bi-weekly at one stage, and last week was THE last time.I make a rule of not rating establishments in my neighbourhood, but enough is enough. The last visit with a crew of family is it. I don't need to get embarrassed as to where I take family in the world we live in.Bad service, grubbier every time I walk in, clueless staff, apparently zero training as to process. Prices would suggest you are running a three-star Michelin establishment...Done Go away Bill.

Overpriced food and slow in arriving. Attitude of waiter was upsetting for us all. My granddaughter (10) ordered off the children' menu and the drinks for her were $2.50 but we were charged $5. It cost $10 for two ice teas. Said since he had already rung the prices in the till, he could not change it. Cost $82 for four people and two of them had soup.

An overpriced waterfront pub. $17 burgers. About the same for one piece fish and chips, but when my bill came I found I got charged a buck for hot sauce for chicken wings. A poor rating seems generous.
