Hana Tokyo Hibachi Sushi - Sierra Vista

Honestly I usually do AYCE sushi but of course there are none of those anywhere south of Tucson. Hana Tokyo is good, especially for Sierra Vista. Is it the best ever...no...not by a long shot. But this is the middle of the Sonoran desert. Is it the best in Sierra Vista...absolutely. The sushi was good, the ambiance was nice, and our server Raquel was top notch. Sushi was fairly spendy here...but that is true with most hibachi style places with sushi. Would I go back? Yep...whenever the sushi fiend strikes and I can't get to Tucson you'll find me here.

The sushi is OK. The menu is very wide and has a very good variety. The teppanyaki is awesome. I recommend this place.

Excellent lunch special with sashimi, miso soup salad. Prices are reasonable and quality is great. Even bar drinks are not too pricey. Very friendly waitstaff. Good service.

Vegetable rolls are vegan here, they also have cucumber and avocado rolls. They're good, though the waitress said that the Tempoura battery has eggs in it. I did not ask for changes to menu items, although the staff is very friendly so they can do it!
