Angel's Florist Gifts - Silsbee

Placed an order for a bouquet and candle was told they would be by my house with the flowers and candle. 5 hours later after the event it was ment for she delivered the flowers and the card no candle. When I called several times to get a ETA none given when I called about the missing candle not only was I charged for it but they didn't have the scent my wife enjoys and was told they would bring me one.... 30 mins before close still no candle and was never mentioned that the scent I purchased was out of stock. Just an absolute train wreck and negative experience.Update: since I'm guessing she didn't have anything close to what I ordered my wife got a cheap Walmart candle that still had the mainstays sticker on it.... smh.

I used this business upon recommendation of a friend. These were flowers for our 12th anniversary. They show up 2 hours late with Happy Birthday on them! I do not recommend this business, and I will NOT be using them again!

Once again Elizabeth and the crew pulled a rabbit out of their hat. Last minute request, as usual perfection! Flowers fresh and vivid. Loved the arrangement, just exactly as the picture on the website showed, plus some. Good price, I would have paid more somewhere else. I won’t use anyone else. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!!

Food was hot and delicious, service was impressive and personable.

Amazing service. we had a surprise Tea party today for my friend and everything was perfect.
