Mcdonald's - Silver Spring

I don't remember going to that restaurant the food is poorly prepared the chips smell hard I didn't eat them maybe the oil I don't know is something wrong with that place. . Food: 1

I was doing doordash and couldn't go inside, so i went thru the drive thru. The order wasn't ready. So they asked me to come in. I told them i have health issues and can do that. Can some1 bring it out at one of the marked parking spots. She nodded yes. So i pull into the spot. 2 cars get their order and a car parks next to me. She brings the order to them and not to me. So I pull back thru the drive thru. The cashier is hanging the order out the window with 3 cars in front of me. Smh. I take it and go on about my orders. I get another order for this McDonald's and have the same issue again. But this time, the drivethru is backed up. So why is it the order not ready yet. they refuse to give it to me in the drive thru nor bring it out to the marked spots for drivethru orders in the parking lot. they threaten to call the police. because i wouldn't come in the store to get the order, when i asked to have it brought to my car and telling them my health issues. They are rude, and there is a language barrier as well. They need to get people who actually want to work and have customer service skills.

At this point because it was the next almost food where I was lying, but had a bad experience. had to wait like 15 minutes on a 3 car line and others wait 10 until the person inside my order. apparently they have no cup of water that I was asked to pay for it and if they ask for extra, they put the mere minimum and not even some of the ones that I asked this burger was worse than abused to know that this is mcdonalds premium beef burger.
