Firehouse Subs Simi Town Center

Ordered at 5.30 p.m. to 11/27. The bread was terrible! It was super old and dry. The meat was good, but I honestly couldn't finish the sandwich because her bread was bad.

It used to have such an amazing experience every time. The last two times I was this week, several sandwiches were grounded in my order. On an occasion we entered an hour before closing and the music burst so loud, we thought they were closed without blocking the door. I intend to go on because I know what they are capable of, but if one of my last two stations had been my first, I would not have come back.

I visited this sandwich shop and noticed that their menu prices were displayed on the wall. They only showed the $9.99 hero sandwiches and didn’t include the smaller ones that are listed on their website for $6.49. It seemed like they were more focused on making money than on meeting their customers' needs. It’s unfortunate that I drove 7 miles for nothing.

By order. They almost forgot one of my sandwiches until I saw that they missed one when they grabbed the bag was a missing one. It was put in another order. Cashier said he would contain the cookies I bought in the bag and then when I took everything home, the cookies were not there.

Caitlin was incredibly helpful and kind during my visit. I had recently been in a car accident and was using a crutch to get around. She went out of her way to bring my order to my car, which meant a lot to me. Despite it being a busy time, she took the extra time to assist me, demonstrating her commitment to kindness and exceptional service. I truly appreciate her for making my experience at this Firehouse Subs so positive. Her people skills are top-notch, and she was sincere throughout our interaction. Even her makeup was flawless! Thank you so much, Caitlin! Your kindness is something I wish was more common in the world.
