Five Guys - Simpsonville

I have been to this restaurant about five times now. I tried some burgers at Five Guys. Overall, they are consistently fantastic. They serve some of the best burgers around, with delicious fries. The service is always quick, efficient, and fairly fast (since they use fresh ingredients). The quality is consistently high. The only downside is the stale peanuts. It would be better to either keep them fresh or remove them altogether, as stale peanuts are worse than no peanuts at all.

Place is being run by kids and it looks like a bomb went off. Tables are trashed and the floor looks this all over. Tea is out and it's just 7:30. Add the price increases and I'm scratching my head why I'm paying 11 bucks for a bacon cheeseburger. Last time I'll spend money here

Always good! The food is always good but why are the sandwiches I order always made wrong. I clearly have everything marked and the person dressing it messes it up and the PIC also messes up because that?s their job to make sure everything is right. You pay a lot for food that?s not done right. (We ordered to go-3rd time same type problem) You can clearly see burger number 2 has extra mustard listed with other veggies and what I got (picture 3) is a burger with ketchup and not one bit of mustard let alone extra mustard. Proof is in the photo! I also don?t feel they gave enough food tonight. I mean they filled the large cup up but that was it. It?s nearly $5 for a large fry and the cup is just 16oz My 3rd item was shorted which bothers me because you knew what to put on it but chose to not fulfill the order the way it was written. Five guys needs to do better! People beware

We had to clean our own table. In fact, it did not seem to be clean tables in the restaurant. The floors were dirty and sticky.

My friends are obsessed with this place. The burgers are tasty, but a bit greasy. The bar area was a mess. I enjoyed the peanuts that kept me entertained while waiting for my food.
