Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This has to be the slowest Zaxby's in town. I placed an online order at 5:40 p.m. for a 6:15 p.m. pickup, but I didn’t receive my order until 6:35 p.m. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue. You really need to improve your service or bring in more help. I think I’ll be looking for other options for now.

This was my first time at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the food didn't agree with my stomach. It was well-prepared, but it just wasn't to my taste.

The restaurant forgot part of our order; the salad was supposed to have bacon, but it was missing and no one was able to resolve the issue. This has happened before, as they also forgot the chicken on my chicken sandwich during my last visit.

The service is always fast. The food for me has always been great. I go visit SC twice a year and I almost always visit here before I come back to Washington State. We so need a Zaxby's in the PNW. Best salads ever. Love the chicken. I've not had a bad experience as of yet.

Waiting in line at Zacksby's for 20 mins. Understanding that they are busy, but really?!? Didn't check the order before we left...it's missing stuff!! Gonna go to the Fountain Inn location going forward. Management really needs to either train their staff or someone needs to check orders BEFORE they are given to the customer.
