This restaurant knows their meats, all meats are fresh and cooked to perfection. The ambiance of the place is wonderful and quaint, the owner shared his journey in this restaurant and on how he came to add soul to his foods. We had him pair a wine to our meal and his choice was spot on. If you have only one restaurant to dine at this one must be it.
