Pietrasanta The Italian - Singapore

Managed to make reservations for dinner the day itself. Beautiful atmosphere and restaurant was already packed with customers when we arrived. Service was excellent and the staff were helpful to help us choose food. We tried roasted beef as a fraud, ravioli for pasta and lamb ribs for our main. We were filled and we enjoyed the food. Ask the staff for their specials for the day if you want to try something.

The Ristorante Pietrasanta @ristorantepietrasanta has travelled to Fusionopolis since 2019. I am here to try their new menu, inspired by the simplicity of the city of Pietrasanta.

Excellent value for this hidden gem. Food is exceptional, service is outstanding and price is reasonable, will surely be back!

Thank you to the team for a lovely, delicious lunch to celebrate my mom's birthday! The restaurant was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were all so warm and welcoming and attentive. My grandmother uses a wheelchair and they were very helpful to give us a table near the entrance with a ramp. Thank you for being so warm, and giving us such a wonderful day to remember! Really appreciate it. We ordered the fried sardines, clams, prawn Tagliatelle, Burrata ravioli, the prosciutto and mushroom pizza, the Branzino and Chicken. Everything was delicious!

I've been going to Pietrasanta for over 10 years and wasn't sure if the standard had changed since they relocated from Wessex. I'm happy to report that it remains excellent as ever. The burrata is generous, the pastas are delicious, and the lamb is tender and bursting with flavor. Prices are moderate-to-high depending on your budget, but in my mind, well worth it for a special meal with a special person.
