I ordered pizza through the delivery service and couldn't be reached on the phone for 3 minutes. I then went out and wanted to pick up my order because it was there and the delivery service man messaged me and said why I couldn't be reached and why he had to wait so long because he had other customers. So please, you should have a little respect and be patient between three and 5 minutes, that's still within a good range. I'm not available every minute either. The person also has no right to write to me, look at me with huge eyes and tell me that I have to be available. I don't have to be available every minute. I can be reached when the Lieferando app shows me that the delivery service has arrived.

I ordered two pizzas and both were incredibly tasty. One of them was missing an extra ingredient, but after a call it was delivered fresh, including a tiramisu as an apology. Very nice supplier.
