Holiday Inn Sioux City

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, which was a nice touch. The ambiance of the whirlpool was quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed the selection of drinks at the bar, making it the perfect spot for a few drinks.

This restaurant is located in an old hotel. Despite appearing to be situated along the river on the map, the view from the window is quite different.

The highlight of my experience was the receptionist, who was extremely friendly and provided clear instructions on where to park without any issues.

NOT a Holiday Inn now. Automatic doors not working, pool closed, old, dark, exposed wires where smoke detector WAS in room. Lock mechanism pulled off of door on room directly across from ours. Water from faucets tasted stale as if no water had been run through in a while. Should not be listed as 3 star hotel! Water damage on ceiling tiles. NOT as expected!

Mirror fell off the wall. No heat. Coffee maker in room not working. At least 3 years of construction. No breakfast. No pool. No spa. Room small. Room has been smoked in ashes in drawer. Room stinks of cigarettes.NO SMOKING HOTEL. PRICE TO HIGH!! for a Holiday Inn. Night clerk was not in building. Note on counter said 10 minutes.more like 30 minutes. She came back in smelling like marijuana. I recommended gum she just smiled.
