King Sea - Sioux City

Been stopping there out of loyalty for many many years. Over the last few years the experience is the same. Call in order/ walk up and order. Then go to the window and ask for your food and you have to start over. While there is multiple teenagers on their phones saying the will start it for you right away. Then you wait again. For burnt noodles. I'm a chef and still don't understand that one. Not worth it anymore. Went from the best to the worst.

William delivered my food and was polite and respectful

Used to order delivery all the time years ago and even though we waited sometimes up to an hour I didn’t care because the food was that good. Still is ?

Been coming here since high school. I haven't gotten to have my favorite regular takeout for years, but I recently got to come back to try it and they've still got it, most of the time.I can't express how grateful I am that it's mostly still affordable. That makes a real difference for someone like me. Thank you for making good food accessible for the community.I will admit that they miss some of the time, there's been a lot of variation in quality, and I've noticed a few things lately, like smaller meat portions, less flavor, and a slight dryness that wasn't there before. I don't mean to be too critical, but when prices increase, we hope for an increase in quality, too.Still love it, just waiting for some shifts for the better again. Keep doing the good work. Parking: Drive-in. You walk/drive up to the window, order, tell them which car is yours, then they'll bring it out.I prefer calling an order then picking up at the window to avoid being parked behind and trapped, works well either way though.

Been ordering for years. However tonight we ordered and got our King Sea Fried rice and the entire order tasted like fish. My wife was eating hers and came across a hair and couldn't eat anymore. The best thing that came out of our order tonight was the fried pot stickers. Other then that we wasted out money tonight. I'd call and say all this but with the way of the world and the work ethics that you witness when you go to the walk up window tounwould understand it's not worth it. All employees on their phones and you can tell no one cares about the quality of your food. We will take our business somewhere else unfortunately. And so will so many other customers until this place closes. So sad.
