Casey's - Sioux Falls

I frequently use the Upside app for purchasing gas, and I often take advantage of discounts at Casey's. However, since Casey's doesn't link with the auto-check feature of my credit card, Upside needs to verify my transactions. Even though I had a receipt showing I bought $80 worth of gas there, this Casey's location was uncooperative and failed to process my claim, despite the fact that it was their own receipt. Moreover, even if this particular station's issue is resolved, I can find better discounts at the BP station down the road. Additionally, the pumps felt outdated, and I didn't always feel safe at this location.

I ordered a breakfast pizza deal that included cheese sticks and 8 wings. Unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing; there were holes in the dough everywhere, the cheese mix was burnt, and I didn't receive any marinara sauce. As for the wings, I specifically requested boneless, but I received wings with bones instead. To make matters worse, when I threw away the wings box, I noticed a timestamp on the bottom indicating they had been prepared at 4 o'clock. This clearly shows that my wings were taken straight from a pre-heated batch rather than being made fresh. This level of laziness is utterly unacceptable. I can confidently say that I will not be ordering from here again. You've lost a loyal customer of many years.

The price suggested that it would be worthwhile to try their pizza, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. It seemed like they didn’t care at all about the quality of what they were serving; I ended up with a mediocre cheese pizza.

5-star pizza, man. Get that breakfast kine. Also, donuts are boss, snacks are great, service is meh at worst and totally groovy at best. I love this joint. Update: Next time, turn off the pumps instead of yelling obscenities at me from the door of the station. Sorry I needed gas and that the pump approved my transaction.
