Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Sioux Falls

There always seems to be an issue at this restaurant, regardless of the day or time. The staff is consistently rude and incompetent. It's evident that they lack basic work ethics and customer service skills, which is noticeable every single time I visit.

I’ve visited this restaurant four times in total, and each time I encountered rude staff who consistently got my order wrong. I always order a chicken sandwich with hot sauce, but I had to ask about the hot sauce four times before they finally brought it out. It wasn’t until I requested it loudly that I actually received it. I really wonder why these workers come to work if they don’t seem interested in doing their jobs.

The food was quite good. We ordered and enjoyed it on-site. However, the staff's demeanor could use some improvement; a warm welcome and friendly smiles would enhance the experience significantly. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere felt a bit off, to the point where even our 7-year-old asked why the workers seemed so unfriendly. Yikes! I really hope the staff are in a good working environment, as the dining experience itself was enjoyable.

I was five times in this business and never got what I ordered. this time it was missing from cookies and the sides were small rather than large. When I asked to correct this, they said we would write it in the book, and when they returned their correction for the second time, they were wrong and the order I made. this is the last time that I look at the slim chicken as twice as good and across the street

Very POOR SERVICE from red haired ladys evening shift! No apology for our wait i was given COLD FRIES that were prepared then sat around till rest of order was ready(wait on tenders. I will not be visiting that particular establishment again. I did enjoy the cold air conditioning.
