On the downside, while the food quality was impressive and the atmosphere unique, the menu choices were a bit lacking. I travel a lot for work and have eaten at various places across the USA, and this restaurant is on the verge of reaching the next level if they could expand their menu a bit more. They did have some great and unique items, like the duck skins and duck bacon, but then the menu's creativity felt like it dropped off. However, the fried pickles were the best I’ve ever had! Overall, everything we ordered was excellent. I had the prime rib stacker, and my wife enjoyed a sizable burger that was also very good. I would definitely come back and recommend checking it out. It’s a unique find in Sioux Falls. In a city filled with chain restaurants that all serve the same kind of food, The Duck stands out as a solid local option. I love discovering places where my hard-earned money supports local businesses. Go check it out!

My friends and I, all of whom are chefs, visited this restaurant for the second time, and once again, we were not disappointed. I ordered the beef dip, which was incredibly moist, and the juice was fresh and flavorful. The fries were crispy and cooked to perfection. My friend had the ribs sandwich and tater tots, and he also enjoyed the simple yet brilliant flavors in the meat, noting how he could taste all the different layers of the rub. The bartender did a fantastic job with her drinks as well. I highly recommend this place; it's quickly becoming one of my favorites. - Reviewer279
