Fisheria - SIRACUSA

Ficheria offers an interesting range of fried sea food typically associated with street food. The food was very fresh, simply presented with very efficient and friendly service. Definitely worth a visit if in the area!

We popped in on our last evening and were really pleased we did. Friendly and welcoming. Choice of cones of various different fried fish dishes all around 8euros. Freshly cooked and delicious with a glass of house wine for 4 euros. Really good value and highly recommended.

We stumble upon this nice place by good fortune with two Japanese friends. Food is fantastic and the two owners really make us feeling at home. We had gorgeous fried and fresh fish a selection of local rosolio and real Sicilian Grappa and a beautiful bottle of white organic wine. Highly recommended!!

I passed this place by too many times due to the corny name, but my wife ate there once and convinced me to try it. Everything made fresh to order, one of the better fry shops on the island,

Small no frills place that is popular with locals. It was around 3pm when we chanced upon it and we were made welcome. The food was freshly prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. Looking back over our 12 days in Sicily, this was certainly one of the tastiest and best value meals that we had.
