Caffe Pizzeria Margherita - SIRMIONE

Here we got the most disgusting salad we have ever eaten in Italy. On this place, for this price, it is a shame.

In fact, it was an unsatisfied and shocking experience. The pizza was below average compared to the price. However, be careful when you want to go there. As you see on my bill, they charged me double the price of another restaurant besides €6. No one on earth will understand. Even Italian people don't like this way of getting their money. Wait €3.5 just for water OMG.

Delicious food, really good service and a great atmosphere. not so many people around like at other places in sirmione. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for a great quiet place to enjoy awesome italian food and service.

The restaurant is located in the main square of sirmione. Besides the internal location, it has an external dehor where you can dine by being able to look directly at the lake. inside the room is very nice, furnished with goto, modern and ancient at the same time. the outdoor space is very nice, with wooden tables and surrounded by a little green. the menu is very interesting, there are more classic dishes and other more sought after. I ate like appetizer the red shrimps of Sicilian served raw on bed of burrata stracciatella, venere rice and passion fruit sauce; as first the black cutters of fresh egg pasta to sepia black, red shrimps of spiced Sicilian, burrata stracciatella and organic lemon peel; as second, red tuna and its iced eggplant, soy sauce and smoked tuna scales; and, as sweet, garda lemon ice cream, fresh orange, Italian meringue and mint leaves. the appetizer, the first and the second I found them all delicious, fresh dishes and tasty ingredients, cooked really well, a set of goits that delighted the palate. dessert was the only normal course at all at the level of the previous ones. sin because, eating it at the end, should leave you a very good feeling in your mouth instead to me left a little bitter. point a little painful service. having booked, as soon as we arrived, we would have expected to find a free table only for us instead, with our surprise, the waiter told us that the table was busy and we should have waited ten minutes to release it. If a person books a table for a given time you can't find it busy yet. It was good that after ten minutes the table really got rid of it. the waiters are kind but sometimes a bit dismayed and too insistent to ask if everything is okay. You're asking us when you go to pick up a finished dish but do it while a person is eating is a little too much. overall, the dinner was very pleasant, only sin for dessert and for some pecca in service.

I ate in this restaurant in mid-August. outdoor table. service a little slow. Nice staff. discreet antipasto based on cuttlefish. good the first, black cutters and spaghetti with the slag (better the latter). good also the cured and original desserts. price in standard. pleasant environment on quiet street despite the season. all excited by a complex that, on the street, improvised a very nice and fun concert
