Abbiamo cenato al Drei Tannen sabato 8 gennaio. È la mia prima recensione e meritava tanto. Le tagliatelle ai funghi erano spettacolari, con una cottura al dente e una crema ottima. Il mio amico ha preso il risotto alla zucca e ricotta, divinamente mantecato. Per i secondi, il filetto di cavallo era semplicemente perfetto. La carne era accompagnata da patate, salsa di senape e una deliziosa polvere di olive. Il tiramisù era il migliore della mia vita. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale. Un'atmosfera fantastica, con camino e musica dal vivo. Torneremo di sicuro.
