The Oc Bistro - Skillings Ln, Brough

Came here for a job trial. Owner handled raw chicken then baguettes, burger buns, microwave doors, fridge doors, door leading through to the bar then whatever else in the bar without washing his hands. After confronting him I got the silent treatment then left. Before this I had gone round sanitising grubby fridge and freezer doors and surfaces due to them being filthy. No proper written labeling structure either... Just day dots. Just think people need to be aware of the poor standards. I'm surprised people don't get ill eating there.

Get a chicken burger with a bottle of hooch and it will change your life

Food was good as always but was very disappointed to see tables still very close, staff not wearing any face coverings when serving food and no evidence of tables or menus being sanitised. was expecting to be asked for track and trace details as well

Lovely outdoor area in the sun, great friendly staff , fab food !
