Chili's Grill Bar Skokie

I enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service provided by our waitress. I ordered the steak and the shrimp fajitas, and I found them both to be quite good.

Once we were seated, our server was polite and attentive. We were a larger party of seven, and our food arrived fairly quickly. However, it was served cold. The speed of service wasn’t the issue; unfortunately, the food quality was lacking. This isn't the server's fault; he did his best under the circumstances. Overall, the long wait time in a mostly empty restaurant, combined with the disappointing food quality, leads me to believe this will be my last visit to Chili's. Even at a casual dining place, I'd expect the food to be hot when served, but that wasn’t the case here.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a full serving of shrimp, but I only received nine tiny pieces, which definitely wasn’t worth the price. The presentation was extremely messy as well. I will not be returning to this place. I’m really disappointed.
