Epic Burger - Skokie

Was so excited to finally try this place. The additional stuff that goes on the burgers and grilled chicken are very fresh. But, where is the burger you show on your photos? So darn thin. White Castle might be thicker. The chicken too was unbelievably thin and very dry. Thickness of a jerky. Fries were nothing to brag about. Greasy and blah tasting. Our table had three different burgers and the grilled chicken. No one wants to come back. I suggest if you want a burger, go to Shake Shake. Sorry Epic, you don't live up to your name.

Great burgers. Fast service. They do accept apple-pay. Good place hit-up after fishing at Skokie Lagoons.

Epic fail like another review said. They messed up my order. Clearly the girl working behind register did not like me! I asked for the impossible burger with everything included on it. Go home to find out it is just the patty and bun!!!! I call the manager the next day. I am promised free burger coupon. I never received it!! So angry about this still. I want my free burger!!!

The best place if you want excellent service and a very nice atmosphere very short waiting time and 100 recommend it

It is a little overpriced, but these are my favorite burgers anywhere. I love the turkey burger with the Epic sauce. It's always a satisfying meal, and they are fast, polite and will go the extra mile to deal with any customer service issues. Much better than any of the fast er food restaurants!
