I called to place a pick up order and was left in hold for 20 minutes And no one ever took my order.. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I'd definitely would leave a Zero Stars if I could. I kept calling and calling and then I get my call cancelled it sounds like they pick up the phone and hang up. Several times I try and call for their lunch specials and they never answer. I've placed my order online as well and it's always missing something or bread on the sandwiches feel wet and old. Service has gone down as of late and the employees on the phone sound very rude. Would recommend anything else around the area. Better food for your money around there.

Really fast service and good food the recommended options were my favourite, Buffalo Sauce is really good and at the perfect spice and potatoes had the perfect salt Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The whole restaurant was empty i called to place an order i kept getting placed on hold for 20 minutes i drive over to order in person the whole place is empty i love the restaurant and food the service sucks at this location. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1

I will begin by saying I am NOT one to complain,because I know what it is to work with and for people. I love Longhorn and I usually don't get disappointed BUT tonight was just plain unacceptable and on my sons birthday nonetheless.I sat on my table at 8.24 pm and I didn't receive NO food until I was ready to walk out at 10 pm. No apologies whatsoever and they wanted me to pay for my drinks. Which I had no problem with but that's just plain disrespectful to not just offer as a form of apology. I hope from this review they just realize how they need to pay more attention to the orders coming in if nothing else. Just disappointing and waste of time.
