Burger King - Slidell

Omg! Low quality food nuggets taste as they were cooked in old stiletto fat frries cold and hard. Burgers still pink inside.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! You 're on a parade route people. SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY!!! Waited in line to order for 15 minutes. Waited for food for 45 minutes! That 's an hour of my life I 'll NEVER get back! One (of four) item was hot (just cooked). Everything else was warm to cold. People standing around the kitchen area like they have nothing to do or a sense of urgency to do it! Can 't fill out online survey either! Company must have disabled their store number!

Awful. Would it be such a challenge to inform customers at the time of order there will be a significant wait? Here writing this at around 930pm on a Saturday night and have watched the staff take orders in the drive thru and direct customers to the parking lot to bring the food. Ordered a 10 piece nugget that took nearly 15 minutes to get out to me. Guess the fast in this fast food is relative.

I remember Burger King from my childhood. The former broiled burgers were tasty and the service read always consistent. Now, the food is completely tasteless, half the options in the drink machine were empty, and yes was difficult to get (no unsweet available as far as I could tell). This location acts like it's marking time until it closes for good... Come on Burger King! Bring back some quality and price in your products!

Went in about 4 pm ordered food for the family, spent about $40 and when I got home the fries were old and cold, the sauce packet was busted in our bag, the tenders I got looked about 2 hours old, they were almost black. The woman in there had her child in the back with her while she was cooking. She wasnt wearing gloves at all while handling food. Id give it 0 start if I could. Very disappointed.
