Knox Street Bistro - Sligo

I was pleasantly surprised by the food and atmosphere at Knox. It was very modern and trendy. I wasn't sure what to expect since I knew it wasn't a tapas-style menu, but the dishes we tried were incredibly delicious. From the Mediterranean art starter to the churros we had for dessert, everything was outstanding. I'm still on cloud nine from my dining experience. Thank you, Knox, for helping us end our vacation on a high note.

From the personalized service to the decor, everything was amazing. I have been here many times and always had a positive experience. The food was good and a nice change from traditional tapas. The staff was excellent and provided great recommendations. Overall, it had been a long time since I had such a pleasant dining experience. I would recommend Knox in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a great evening out. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food we received.
