Quaker Steak Lube - Slippery Rock

The sauce is very good, but the wings are not crispy at all. Turning up the heat on the fryer would help.

I think the food here is great when it's done well, but I've had occasions where my food just came out and some of the chicken was already cold. I've also had issues with waiting a long time to get my food at night when only a few other people were in front of my order. I do love the mild wings though.

Communication during order was horrible. Was told wait would be 30-45 minutes, I had to call them an hour plus in just for an update. Doesn’t help the delivery guy didn’t even call me when he was at my building, so he left with my order. This should be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the great manager at the establishment. He was as nice as could be and gave us our order for free. Got the wings finally an hour and 45 minutes later. Satisfied with the wings as always, customer service defiantly needs to be improved in the near future.

The food was great as always but the cashier was completely lost and didn't listen to my order. I asked for chicken WINGS not breaded prices of chicken. And the real shocker asked for pickles and got cheese sticks, but he did offer to change the order to pickles but I waited for 20min already.
