The staff at that specific Starbucks location are amazing.

Unfortunately, I have to give this restaurant one star. The service here is terrible and the staff is rude and disrespectful to customers. They even speak to each other in a different language while ignoring customers. I am writing this review to warn others to stay away from this awful place and its horrible staff. They refused to give me a hot coffee without charging extra, claiming that hot drinks cost more. I have never encountered such ridiculous rules before. This restaurant is a complete waste of time and money. The pictures on their website do not accurately represent the terrible service you will receive. It's a shame that this franchise does not properly train and monitor their employees.
