Pizzaninja - Слободской

The restaurant has been disappointing lately. It used to be good, but now when the courier arrives, they say a free pizza comes with your order, yet I never receive it at the checkout. This has happened more than once, and overall, the place has really declined in quality!

The pizza with thin Italian crust is fantastic. The toppings are just the right amount. There's a convenient app for ordering. Delivery in Slobodskoy is quick, and the food arrives hot.

The rolls take over 40 minutes to arrive, and I'm sure they'll come cold. The customer service is absolutely awful; it's already been 3 hours since I placed my order, and this isn't the first time it's happened. It's a disgrace to have such service. There's one significant downside, though, and I have a question for the management: why do most promo codes not work in Slobodskoy?
