Most discussing pizzas and customer service a useless boss. The business has failed twice of Customer service.

50% off pizzas should not mean 50% off toppings, well it was 1 piece of chicken for one xxl slice. Disappointed is an understatement. Won't be using again. Tops pizza all the way.

Dessert Order came burnt. Person on the phone was beyond rude, didn’t listen, told me I was wrong . Asked to resend the order they said they didn’t have a driver. I asked to speak to the manager they said he was busy.

DON’t GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD PLACES OUT THERE! After over 4 years giving loads of business to PapaJohns in Slough we came accross on sunday night 30th of December 2018 to the worst customer service and we were actually shocked! We ordered a pizza online and mistakenly we pressed collection instead of delivery, we realised immediately and called them to request delivery instead as we have 2 small kids and could not even collect but they could not care less and simply said they had no drivers available, 2 minutes later the manager called offering to deliver as an extra charge of 5 pounds ! Really?? We refused the pizza as at this stage we could not even trust that the pizza would be in a good state (you know what a mean) . Honestly nowadays people simply don’t care about their customers. We did like the pizza but we will happily move to Domino’s if that means we will get a better customer service . They will probably say that the the order was submitted around 10:40 and they were about to close. And!?? Who cares if you offer a service until 11 pm you should be available until 11 pm end of story. I work with customers too and we always go the extra mile to do whatever we can to help, if not possible at least we apologise nicely and offer some sort of alternative!
