Paradise Grill Pizza - Slough

This restaurant is absolutely terrible! I ordered online and my food arrived burnt. When I called to complain, they promised a discount on my next order. When I tried to order again, they said there was no discount on my account. This place is a complete scam. Do not eat here.

The driver insisted that I come outside my apartment in the cold and rain to pick up my pizza. I had requested delivery to my door as I was unable to leave my apartment, and it is only a 5-minute walk. It doesn't make sense to pay £3 for delivery if I have to collect it myself. When I complained to management, they not only failed to take responsibility but also blamed me for the driver's inability to deliver to the door. The audacity of their response was disappointing.

I have no complaints about the service at this store, as the staff were quite friendly and the cookies were baked perfectly. However, I found the cookies to be extremely disappointing. They lacked sweetness and were overall very bland. I could only manage to eat half a cookie before deciding to discard the rest.

I had a driver refuse to deliver to my building on the grounds that I was in the second floor. He very bluntly asked me to come down and collect the items or call the store for a refund. I rang the store And the manager agreed with the driver. Unbelievable considering we pay for delivery. Terrible customer service and terrible service overall. I won’t be ordering from Dominos again in the future.

Visited on route back from the airport and honestly was the best dominoes I’ve ever had! Christmas special and the Texas bbq were so good. Piping hot. 10/10.
