Center Fire Pizza - Smith Center

The food is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Despite the service issues, it's definitely worth a visit!

This is an outstanding spot for authentic Italian-style pizza. While others may enjoy their typical pizza options, this place truly excels in everything they offer. They also have delicious salads that can be enjoyed by everyone, not just vegetarians. Those with an appreciation for culture will likely enjoy it even more. I'm hoping to see this restaurant listed among the top 10 in Kansas magazines.

While driving through Kansas, I was pleasantly surprised to come across this wood-fired pizza shop. We ordered the bacon chicken pizza, and it elicited "oohs" from everyone in the car. It was delicious!

Best tasting pizza for a small town with authentic Italian sauces and ingredients. Well done. Hand-lifted dough cooked in a wood oven, cannot beat.

I have family from Denver who prefer this pizza over any they can get at home! They always want to get some Center Fire when they come visit.
