Hoss's Steak Sea House

My steak and salads were tops, the desert bar was well filled bread bar lacked good bread that filled my lady's chicken was dry, we seem to have problems filled with Hoss chicken breast. No pork chops in the menu, but overall it was ok

The best thing about this meal was our waitress who was brilliant. My wife rarely has the ribbed medium. It came practically raw and had to be sent back. I have also cooked the ribeye medium rarely, which had to be sent back because I could not even chew it. It was so hard. Big Hoss has to go back to the cooking school. Not back!

Food is fat, price is higher than I personally feel it is worth. Staff are completely unprepared for large groups and not efficient. The staff makes it difficult to pay for your meal when it comes to time. I don't recommend this place.

The food is great and the waitress we had was a wonderful best waitress I ever had. The food was perfectly cooked. The waitress made her job a T, we never had to ask for something she did on the way that we had drinks. And that was only her second day working from her self. I can't say enough about how good she was as a waitress. She was a young girl, her name was Rachel.

My husband, my sister in law and I really enjoyed our meals! We had a great waitress who said that she was in training but we thought that she was perfect. I've been to Hoss's before but this was my first time having lunch and also the first time making my meal exclusively at the salad bar. I truly enjoyed it so much that I didn't even have dessert. No room left. Lol.
