Papa Gino's - Smithfield

I haven't been to Papa Gino's since the original location in Lincoln Mall back in the 70s, and I must say, the pizza was just as good as I remembered. However, I was quite surprised that no one came to check on us during our visit, even as we were leaving; there was no thank you or goodbye. I haven't visited a Papa Gino's since 1980, and I think the customer service could really use some improvement. I work in the same field, so I understand how important it is.

I placed an online order and found the pizza to be just okay. I also ordered chicken tenders with honey mustard, but they were not included in my delivery. When I called the restaurant, they acknowledged the mistake. However, after waiting an hour and a half, I still hadn't received the tenders, despite a store employee assuring me they were on the way. You've taken my $10 for the tenders, but due to the poor customer service, I will not be returning. My money will be better spent elsewhere.

I had an incredible experience at Papa Gino's recently. Gio treated my family and me with nothing but kindness and respect, making us feel very welcome during our first visit. And the pizza was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be returning!

Absolute horrible customer service. We ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks and when they delivered it they said they forgot them. So we called in Asking for the mozzarella sticks and they said they are to busy their not coming out. We told them that isbad business even though they credited it back to us but we should get what we ordered. They could send somebody out on the nexttrip since we also live on Putnam pike. They hung up on me mid sentence after arguing with me over the phone and wouldn?t listenand talking over me. I will never order from them again!!!
