Taco Bell - Smiths Grove

We usually visit Taco Bell on a weekly basis, but we specifically go to the one located in the city because of some past issues we have experienced at other locations. Unfortunately, our recent visit was far from satisfactory. I decided to send my mother to pick up our order, but she encountered several problems. Firstly, she was given the wrong order and had to correct it at the window when she realized the mistake. Despite this, they still ended up including an extra item in our order without our consent. The woman at the window was rude to my mother, who has a neurological condition that makes communication difficult for her. When I called to address the issue, the manager was unhelpful and rude, refusing to provide his name and insisting that the order was correct. He even raised his voice and became hostile when I tried to explain the situation. Additionally, there were 8 empty quesadilla bags included in our order for unknown reasons. We plan to contact the company to complain about the disrespectful treatment we received, especially considering my mother's health condition.

I traveled from Kentucky to Mississippi and decided to stop at this restaurant. On my way back on Interstates 65 and 10, I realized that I was served a wrong dish, a "huh chalupa" instead of what I had ordered. Despite the correct order being written on the entrance, I had to wait for 20 minutes only to end up wasting $13 and still feeling hungry. I called to address the issue but received no apology or refund.

The service was efficient and prompt. The tacos were simple yet delicious. The drive-thru was a bit slow, so it's better to just go inside to place your order. The food was served warm and tasted fresh.

Afteros ordered, tacos got, and even those were thrown into the pocket on the head.

Update your times if anything for truck drivers. It's 1023 pm and according to the time on google your restaurant is opened. It's not drive thru is. From working at restaurants with drive thru I know it's not permitted to order on foot from the drive thru. I'm so glad I wasn't hungry for something that wasn't in a can
