Bad Daddys Burger - Smyrna

Immaculate service of Bubbles. It is the reason for such a high rating. The foods could be described as usual. The milk shakes can be the best items in the menu. It took almost 20 minutes to get the milkshake because the bartender was occupied with the one I hope is her husband. I would not show anyone such a PDA whose insurance policy did not include me. Someone, I'd definitely come back if I were only in the presence of Bubbles.

A great concept of an expanded build your own burger. We had the cheese, bacon, egg and Mac n' cheese burger. It was quite good. The excellent waitress more than made up for the grouchy hostess.

So not all burger joints can deliver. Big burger, no taste. Even with all the condiments this just had no type of seasoning, flavor, nothing. The place is nice. Good place to hang out, watch a game (got outside seating with nice view) and it is worth another shot to try something else on the menu

Hey neighbors, so I picked up my teenager and her 4 friends from Campbell High School today after school and they were in the mood for a good burger, so we decided to try out Bad Daddy?s Burger Bar and what a Horrible experience it was, the general manager does not have the slightest clue as to what customer service/customer satisfaction is nor does he know how to D escalate an unsatisfied customer and what it means to have an establishment in the city of Smyrna. I have lived here my entire life and we pride ourselves on amazing food and excellent customer service. I explained to him that every single one of my 5 burgers were made incorrectly and after being sent back twice I decided to pull onions and bacon off of each one of my daughters friends burgers and customize them myself due to them being super hunger and not wanting to wait for the adjustments. The general manager completely blew off my complaints Nonchalantly and added that he brought extra bacon to the table and he offered to give me mayo packets to go since none of our burgers had mayo added to them per our request. The burgers were also cold due to the back and forthing. No one enjoyed their burgers tonightThe waitress Maddison was super sweet and did her job thoroughly but as far as the cooks and the General Manager Horrible. This was a waste of a $100 in times of COVID. I hope this review saves you from a horrible experience, we won?t be back. They completely ruined our evening.
