The specialty coffees will make you think you're in France, Germany, or Italy. The quiche is light, fluffy, (no white flour! , and perfectly seasoned. Any of the quiches are exquisite. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Skip Starbucks and try this place just once. You'll be hooked!

Great place to grab a coffee and unwind and chat. Friendly staff and definitely try the bacon/cheese quiche!

Today was my first time here. The breakfast casserole and caramel macchiato were awesome, as was the service. Great place!

Enjoyed some yummy potato casserole followed by a piping hot mug of Pumpkin Spice latte, while listening to a live band...what a great way to spend an evening! And I was so happy to see many gluten-free choices...one of which was a fabulous peanut butter cookie that I took home with me for dessert. Thank you, Carpe Cafe, for offering a nice place for a date night with my hubby tonight.
