Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Smyrna

I highly recommend avoiding this entire chain. The parking lot was filthy, and the staff's attitude was inconsistent and unwelcoming. When I approached the drive-thru, the environment felt hostile and unclean. The cashier displayed a negative demeanor, especially when I presented a voucher. He seemed irritated and asked why I hadn’t mentioned it at the speaker, to which I replied that I wasn’t aware. In response, he told the manager he didn’t want to serve me, took off his headphones, and gave me a threatening look. The manager failed to handle both the situation and the staff effectively. I’ve experienced poor service here repeatedly, and after today, I have no intention of ever returning to Popeyes!

I love Popeyes, and it's conveniently located right next to my house. However, I don't understand why they take orders one car at a time and serve them before taking the next order. This process always leads to a long line, which seems off or lacking in some way. While the staff is generally friendly, they do tend to be a bit slow.

I'm not sure if they were understaffed or what the issue was, but we decided to go inside instead of using the drive-thru since the restaurant wasn't busy. My two friends and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for our order. When we finally received our food, several items were missing. To make matters worse, four other customers who arrived after us were served their meals before we were. We waited so long that we considered asking for a refund, but my friends really wanted chicken. By the time we got our complete order, the food was cold. The young woman at the register moved slowly and seemed visibly annoyed, even rolling her eyes at me twice. We've frequented this Popeyes before and encountered similar issues, but this was the worst experience we've had. I feel very disappointed at this point and doubt that my friends or I will return to this location. It's a shame, because when the food is fresh and served on time, we really enjoy it.

This Popeyes here has terrible service, the waiting period is the mercy of the employees. I waited for 30 minutes and was in charge. You have an I DON?T CARE ATTITUDE! The car thru little girl has compounded the price of my order up. You see I'm sending all the time, part of my waiting period. Pointless business here absolutely the worst!

What is this popeyes? i waited 25 mins in line for 4 wing meal and i received a half of a wing like come on who does that ! This is the worst popeyes to come to i wont never return!
