Captain D's Seafood Kitchen

We both ordered the Seafood Sampler platter, and it was absolutely delicious! The shrimp were flavorful, the crab cakes were cooked to perfection, and the fish and chips had just the right amount of crunch. The hush puppies and side dishes were also packed with flavor. Andrea, our server, was friendly, and our food was served quickly and fresh. Kudos to the cooks and staff! We will definitely return.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service was terrible. I tried to be helpful, but instead received a rude attitude in return. I believe the employee's name was Terrance, as that’s what was on my receipt. The overall service was incredibly disappointing. I will never return here. Never!

I understand that they're short on staff, but the service is excellent, and the food is always fresh during my visits. The young lady who appears to be the manager is handling both front and back of the house, and I could see she was exhausted. Despite that, she kept a smile on her face and apologized for the wait several times. I will definitely be returning soon!

This is a TERRIBLE location. Service is basically non existent! So frustrating! I don?t recommend coming here, save your time and money. Waited over 45 minutes in drive thru and left empty handed because we were just tired of waiting at the window. No one even bothered coming to the window to greet us or advise that there would be an extensive wait. Mind you it was only 1 simple plate so I?m not even sure what the wait would be for anyway. They were just on their phones. Also they locked the doors to the lobby well before 9pm and they don?t close until 11pm.

Those boys did that! He said it was just two of them working, and my food was hot, okra crispy and everything in the bag. Get it!!
