Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I have a grilled chicken sandwich with Mayo. The chicken was good, but the vegetables were not fresh. A thin limp tomato and a few devastating talks of salad. Too bad. If the vegetables were fresh, it would have been an excellent sandwich.

Went through the drive-through. Got home. Here's my salad. Or should I say my 1/2 salad???? No words. Why would they think this is OK?

Staffing issue. Drive thru line wrapped around building. Lobby was closed but somehow I entered (no signage indication. Manager stated I could not pick up online order inside. No mention of curbside. He wanted me back in my car at the end of the drive thru line. Food prep young lady saved the day by recognizing my name and telling manager she had order right there. Manager said staffing and was clearly stressed as he walked away. Guess we will wait awhile before returning until they resolve the staffing (or management issue.

This is the coolest Zaxbys interior I've ever seen. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I'd eat here again. 4 stars because the fries were not fresh and were slightly over cooked. Also, there were only 2 pieces of celery with my Wings and Things.

Save the headache and frustration of NIE in this place. AWFUL!!! I'm too exhausted to explain, but I was wasted 2 hours of my life overloading for terrible, false food and even worse service. I guess I'll pay $84 for $22 bad, wrong food. Should be negative stars.
